I'm a UX designer, as well as a trained pharmacist. I worked as a retail pharmacist for several years before entering the realm of UX design. Since young, I have always liked to draw illustrations and tap into my creative side. And so during my pharmacist years, I was starving for creative work which the work lacked. I first came into contact with UX when my customers came asking for help with the usage of their health applications. Then, I was thinking 'Why is this thing so hard to use?' and 'If the interface is designed this way, it will be much easier for the user to use...' That was the eureka moment when I got curious and decided to study UX design.
Similar to being a pharmacist, problem-solving and evidence-based research are the core of me as a UX designer. I also often find myself envisioning newer, better versions of situations and people.
Beyond my work, I enjoy running, traveling, and drawing cute illustrations. Well, sometimes I read too.
